There might be multiple reasons why you can't claim the rewards from an expired liquidity pool. Most of the time, you can solve that by yourself.
1) You are trying to withdraw while visiting from mobile. The current mobile version is not optimal for that, therefore try to visit that website via the desktop version.
2)The terminal is not supporting your wallet. Migration to one of the supported wallets like MetaMask is needed.
