DAO Contributors are participants in the AllianceBlock DAO who have the ability to vote on proposals. They constitute the broader community of token holders who engage in governance discussions. The DAO Committee, on the other hand, is a subset of DAO Contributors responsible for creating and vetting proposals. Initially, members of the AllianceBlock foundation will form the DAO Committee until roles are decentralized.
