The hacker has obtained a large part of the supply. 113M tokens are now in circulation were never meant to be, and there are still exchanges that can't effectively block the trading of or seize stolen assets unfortunately. This has nothing to do with the security of AllianceBlock smart contracts, both for the tokens and platforms, but to mitigate the damage caused by these stolen assets.
