When you receive an unspecific error message on one of our product pages or click on a button, and nothing is happening, it can be helpful for us if you are opening your Developers Tool and making and sending a screenshot to us.
You can open the Developers Tool by pressing the F12 key (Windows) or Option + Cmd + J (Mac).
If these fast keys don't trick, you can look for Developer tools in the menu > More tools.
To make a screenshot in Windows use (tab + windows key + i), for Mac use (shift + command + 3)
Which info is essential:
- Make sure you selected the Console tab
- Make sure to click on all drop down menus before making a screenshot. The drop-down menu could contain additional information like links to know the location of the error source.
